Everything else about my order was just fine. Let me suggest, if you get a Baconator or "Son of Baconator" (my choice) and you want the sandwich to be less a ball of pure heart disease, you can add lettuce, tomato and onion for free. Not sure if these vegetables are free at all Wendy's or just some locations, but it's really good of them to make these add-ons complimentary. (Take a clue, Burger King…you're not doing yourself any favors by nickel-and-diming people for LTO. "Have it your way"…for 90¢ extra.)
Came here before and never had a problem today they messed up two orders in front of me and my order. I asked the dude three times for my chicken wrap to be plain with nothing on it and he completely ignored me. Not coming back.

This location gets everything right about 75% of the time. They tend to have a decent line at the drive-through nearly all the time, but keep things moving fairly well. Their customer service is outstanding, and is what really sets them apart from the other nearby fast food restaurants.
What's more, in this one visit, my order of chili came with packets of hot seasoning. I didn't even know Wendy's *had* hot chili seasoning. It's pretty decent, by the way.
During a recent visit I was almost taken aback when the young woman who took my order asked how much ice I wanted in my drink. It seems to be a common practice at fast-food joints to nearly fill the cup with ice, to the point I've wondered if employees aren't trained to do it in order to save on soft-drink concentrate. I've been trying to get into the habit of specifically asking for little ice but I usually forget. Anyway, this was the first time I can recall anyone taking my order to be so considerate of my best interests as a customer.
This is our go-to Wendy's in the greater Annapolis area. We have a large family with a lot of custom orders due to food allergies and picky eaters.
This restaurant seems to be an uncommonly well-managed Wendy's. If nothing else, they currently have some great people working there.
Has like any other Wendys, the best chili in town (any town).
As far as fast-food burger joints go, I think most people would agree that Wendy's is top tier. This particular Wendy's happens to be probably the best I've ever visited.
