My parents ordered a Chile Relleno that was not well made; the filling was lacking flavor. The refried beans on all of orders were inedible due to the spicy-ness. Everything on the menu is over priced as if they were a high end Mexican restaurant. The margarita was a basic powder mix at $10.75. (That is the price of top shelf margarita at any restaurant).
Great food here and just a great place overall. Will be back!
We went for lunch this afternoon and although the actual restaurant is beautifully decorated the food is terrible! The food was extremely spicy starting with the salsa. When ordering our food the server did not mention that what I was ordering (Enchilada with chicken and boom boom sauce) would be Five Alarm level spicy- thank God I didn’t feed it to my 3 year old son (he eats everything- the server knowing I was sharing my food with my son should have mentioned the level of spice). The plate was completely inedible.
Once seated, chips and salsa are provided. I really liked the salsa; had a good bit of fresh lime juice in there. We also ordered some queso for the chips which was also good...the queso was smooth and had a good mix of spices in there. Our server also brought us a small bowl of the jalapeno ranch dip to try which was mostly just ranch dressing with some jalapeno flavoring in it. It was very subtle, but good.
When telling the manager about our experience on our way out, he simply laughed and said “we like our spicy food.” The lack of interest from management on at least trying to make our experience better definitely will not make us go back.
Chuy's is a nice relaxing place. The service was great and the food was so fresh and delicious.love the decor there. You got to go. It's a must see!!

My girlfriend and I came here for the first time yesterday since this location opened (November 2017). It was around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon, and even though the place was quite busy, we did get seated right away. The atmosphere is very lively, there are bright colors throughout, (fake) palm trees in the dining area, and just a cool vibe to the place overall.
Fun atmosphere and great drinks! Love the small plastic shakers, and was able to purchase one for myself. Only thing is you need some Hispanic/Latino bartenders :)
Our entrees were chicken fajitas for her and I had the steak burrito. The fajitas were good...they were as you would expect fajitas to be. The steak burrito I had was quite large and very tasty...but with the green chile sauce it came with, it was also fairly spicy.
