If you're looking for an Asian dinning experience, I highly recommend "Asian Buffet". The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing. The background music is calming...almost meditative. Last but not least, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious.
I live in Washington D.C., but the next time I'm in the area, I'm stopping by for some good eats!
I particularly like this restaurant because they have foods on the buffet that I don't see in other Asian all-you-can-eat restaurants. If you think you'd like eating out where the food is good, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean, put "Asian Buffet" on your list.
I make a weekly drive 35 minutes from my house to pick up a to-go box, which for dinner is only $5.99 a pound (half the price of other buffets I've been to). There's, always a consistency to the quality of food, however sometimes there may not be much of a certain item out when you arrive.
This buffet was nice. We came in I'm a Sunday for am early evening dinner. The place was clean. The staff is nice. The food was very good, especially for a buffet. My husband's a vegetarian and he found a lot of things he could eat here. Non fish sushi, lo mein, egg foo young, potatoes, spring rolls, steamed green beans, etc. They even have crabs here for me. Nice variety of foods. I would come back here.
My husband and I stopped in on our way home from a day trip and were skeptical at first when we saw how small the place was. We eyed the buffet and were very pleasantly surprised to find that even tho the selection wasnt as large as our buffet at home everything was extremely delicious and was full of flavor. The price was right and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. I would definatley go there again. Cudos to the chefs and a big thank you to the waitress who was kind to give me another cookie when mine had no fortune in it. :)
