Not my favorite place but really, people go for the cheesecake which are amazing.
Consistently excellent service and food for years, hard to do any better. We've had pasta dishes, seafood, chicken, salads, just about everything on the menu is delicious. And the cheesecake, of course, is wonderful. Can't beat the variety either. Adam's peanut butter pie cheesecake is incredible. Always enjoy the meals and the food portions are generous.
First time eating at the CheeseCake Factory and I can honestly say I am beyond impressed. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing. The menu contains a large variety of various food items which can be a little overwhelming at first. I ended up settling with the Steak Tacos (pictured) and was blown away by how good they were. As for appetizers we went for the stuffed mushrooms and the Dynamite shrimp which were both excellent. To finish the meal I tried a slice of the famous class cheesecake and I can say is that it lives up to the hype. Overall, food was a little on the pricey side with good portions. Will definitely be returning here next time I come to the mall
Excellent service. A huge selection of items on the menu. I hate cilantro and they told me that because they make their own guacamole, they could make it and any dish without cilantro. I had my first avacado toast. Yummy.
Our server was very good. He was quite attentive. However the steak was well done thought I asked for medium rare. He quickly offered to change it.
Decided to go here for dinner/happy hour on 10/9/17. Got to the location at around 4pm. We were going to go for one of the high top tables near the bar. Waited around for between 5-10 minutes for someone to come by and clear the table. The staff decided to clear the table at the back end of the bar first, where nobody was waiting. Another group jumped up there before we could. Plenty of waitresses and the hostesses walked right by us and made no attempt to clean up. Two hostess standing at the counter waiting around didn't seem to care. When my girlfriend asked the hostess why they did the empty table first, she looked up at the back and just made the "eh" movement. Waited around for another few minutes and no one came over. Promptly left the establishment. Again mentioned it to the hostess who showed no interest and seemed to not give a care in the world. We have always frequented this location. We will not be back.
