Horrible company to work for! Managers are lazy and an employee in payroll at the corporate office stated that an employee can't receive direct deposit until after working for 6 months, because it is to much paper work. Everyone is hired to do a job, if it is to much paper work then get ANOTHER JOB! The manager at the location, simply stated that ONLY MANAGERS can receive direct deposit. She failed to mention that an employee who's not a manger can receive direct deposit after 6 months. The policy itself is a contributing factor to the high turn over rate. It's clear that corporate doesn't expect them to last very long that's why the employee's at the franchise have to wait 6 months to be considered for direct deposit.
