Absolutely SUPERB service. The food was filling and delicious. Our server, Mr. Connor was definitely knowledgeable about the food. His suggestions were on point and worth the bite. The sea bass and spinach was delicious. If and when you visit P.F. Chang's, PLEASE ask to sit in Mr. Connor's section. He is supporting himself as a pre-med student.
The food was not as exiting as it used to be. The service was good, not great... It seems like the moral was very low last night, all the staff had sad faces... My kids Sprites were flat, but our red sangria were good!
Great food but service at the bar leaves little room to be desired. Bartenders past us numerous times while we sat with empty glasses. I had to ask for another round even after they each looked at the empty glasses for 10 minutes. A true bartender keeps an eye out for glasses that are low and is there when a refill is needed. Not to mentioned not once did either of them ask if our food came out ok let alone ask if needed anything else. Oh but they were quick to give the check so the can get a tip. Good food and drinks yes.....good service at the bar hell no!
I would happily give 0 stars if it were an option. Party of 3 arrived at 7pm on a Saturday. Was informed by the hostess, Ashley, that the wait was 30-35 minutes. Decide to wait and gave our name and phone number to be called. There are many open tables but also a lot of people waiting. After 45 minutes, we go to check where we're at on the list. The other hostess informs us we are not on the list. Ashley comes back and seats us right away. Our waiter, Thomas, takes our food and drink order around 755pm. Receive water and are informed that the food is in and should not take long. Receive water refill but no update on food. At 825 we flag down the waiter and ask about the food. Food was received at 830 (chicken dishes, surf and turf) but was definitely not fresh, was warm but far from hot. Completed our meal in 10 minutes and asked for the check and boxes about 5 minutes later when the waiter was at a near by table. The waiter took our payment around 850. At no point was the restaurant packed or in any state of business. No staff member we interacted with showed any haste nor interest. This will be my last time dining at this restaurant.
When you want FRESH, quality Chinese style food....ah, PF Chang's is DEFINITELY the place to go! Food is always delicious and the portions are large. My kiddos are always happy which makes dinner easier on mom & dad, right!! Every time we come we get 1 "to go" meal just so,I don't have to make a lunch for the Kids the next day! 5 stars, great food, nice atmosphere!
