Great burgers, lots of topping options, great alternative meat options (elk & now even Kobe, although I wonder about the authenticity of the latter). We got our order to go for the first time, which worked out great because they allowed us to use small take out containers for lettuce, onions, tomatoes etc as well as condiments, so we were able to reheat our burgers & fries (sweet potato fries are great as well as the regular wedge fries) at home & then construct them as desired without wilting the lettuce. Shakes are delicious also. I do wish they would use more environmentally friendly containers, though, especially since we cannot recycle Styrofoam in this county.
Great food. The portions are a little crazy if you ask my opinion. Definitely not a place for folks on a stringent diet. Great place for families. Plenty of room. Good atmosphere. Will be going again.
I've been to events at this Fuddruckers a few times but this was the first time I had lunch there. As usual, I decided to try one of the more obscure items on the menu as a test and I have to say that although it's not their claim to fame, they make pretty good chicken nachos. Service was pretty good. They make every order fresh so understandably there can be a bit of a wait before the food is ready, but it didn't take too long. As a bonus, the fixings bar had a lot of fresh veggies and the beverage bar had two Coke Freestyle machines and three kinds of tea, so there's something for everyone.
The only downside is I thought prices were a bit on the high side when you add a beverage. Even the combos were a bit steep because it costs over $4 to add fries and a beverage. However, it may not be too far out of line for this part of Maryland, which seems a bit upscale.
Food is usually good. Service from the staff is pretty varying. They have the coke freestyle machines, but I've been when they don't have many of the selections to choose from. The arcade games mostly don't work, so don't waste your quarters.
Ordered burgers medium. They all came burned to a crisp and bone dry (beyond well done). We sent the orders back again asking for medium. Came back well done but they at least had some moisture. They comped our ticket but won’t be back since they can’t figure out how to cook burgers.
