The pizza is pretty good, but the butter cake that they offer for dessert is awesome!

I went in sat at the bar... waited until Eddie (bartender) finished his conversation with patrons regarding his hair cut. He then put my menu down & did not ask if i was ready or if i needed a minute. He then went over talked to another patron regarding her job as a nurse & how her husband expense all her meals... Eddie still has not come back over to ask if i was ready to order... Another couple walks in sits at the bar he immediately goes over offers menus and ask if they wanted a drink... I am sitting directly in front of Eddie where he is making the drinks and he never looks up or say a single word to me! I then get up go to the side of the bar, I spoke to the manager who was of no help. He asked me would i like a table instead! Are you serious??? Why can’t i get the same service as your white patrons at the bar... I’m dressed appropriately straight from an office setting, not loud, rude etc. patiently I waited for quality service which I never received. My money will spend anywhere... please think before you visit this location! I opted to leave after he the manager asked did I want a table rather than how can I help you? Can I take your drink and food order! This was poor customer service at its best and in my heart i felt Eddie did not want to take my order because I am an African American Woman. I never became loud nor rude with Eddie ( he never opened his mouth) or the unhelpful manager. I will be calling and speaking with the GM and corporate! Very Disappointed!
This is one of my go to restaurants when I am in Annapolis area. Service is very consistent over 10 years of my visit and I come here at least 5-6 times a year. Their bread is good, mix drinks are decent and foods are tasty although portions have been reduced over years. My favorite dish is Kong Pao Spaghetti. It is super tasty but at times come out too salty so I ask steam broccolis on the side so I can add with it. Be sure to check how much they will charge on side order of vegetables. It ranges from $1.50 to $5.00 depending on the waitstaff.
