My wife went in for an oil change. She was told the rear brake pads needed to be replaced immediately. Persuaded, she was charged over $400 for a brake job that typically costs $200. I understand that dealerships charge more but a 100% mark-up and the hard sell approach to someone with little motor vehicle repair experience is a bit over the top. I have two Infinities and I'm not inclined to take them here for anything more than an oil change and warranty work. She said the service people were nice ....
And as usual, all of the work was expertly done by the Techs without issue. I’ve been using the Service Department at Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis since I bought my car in 2009. They have installed an array of after-market upgrades as well as routine maintenance. The Technicians really are geniuses.
