They are polite, positive and very good at their jobs at this dealership. I have purchased three cars in he last 15 years with them and I see no reason to stop.
These folks work really hard to make sure their customers are happy and trust me, we Mini owners can be a tad tough and quirky when it comes to our cars and how they run/operate.
Bill in the collision center is absolutely excellent. He updated me daily. Worked diligently to get my car fixed correctly. 100% he’s the best in customer service!! He should be teaching customer service classes!!
