For starters, Janai was the best salesperson that place can have. She was totally professional and at the same time kept her cool and thorough knowledge of what she was selling. Even the finance guy Bruce was great. He missed his twin girls first dance only so that he could stay back late and help us out. Really appreciated the help.

It’s not just me that feels this way. I’ve talked to other customers at Nissan and they feel the same about Dawn. I know good customer service . I’ve been a banker for 16 years in customer service and Dawn has it!! I would get another Nissan from this same dealer as long as Dawn is the service rep... This review is for one person there. Her name is Dawn Taylor ! Dawn is so fantastic, OMG! She’s makes my visits at Nissan an awesome experience.. She’s helpful, she’s timely . She’s straight to the point . I like how she operates .. You don’t have to guess with Dawn, she lays it out for you. .. She never acts frustrated or bothered . Especially when being asked the same questions and I sometimes ask the same questions sometimes.. When Dawn isn’t in during my visits I see the difference.. it’s not the same experience for me .....
