I had recently purchased a new vehicle at Honda of Annapolis through Shawn (the guy with the long hair). He said he was really new, however he was very honest and up front and let me know immediately if he knew the answer to a question I had or not. If he did not know a question, he had Alex the manager find out for me. Both were very VERY polite and nice and didn't pressure me into buying any additional stuff with my new civic which was a huge plus, because it was a perfect fit in my budget as is. I was really surprised at how clean the facility was, there was free coffee and tea and everyone seemed really happy, but not fake-happy!
They have a good selection of cars there. It's easily accessible from West Street. The sales staff is very friendly as with any car dealership. Otherwise, they wouldn't make any money. I did buy my truck there. I am satisfied with the service that I got.

Vicky and I connected right from the beginning. She is professional and courteous and goes out of her way to make you feel very comfortable. Buying a new car is a serious decision. Vicky answered all of my questions with absolutely no pressure and there were no surprises. This is the third car I have bought from Honda of Annapolis and Vicky has helped me with each one.

This is a nice big showroom and the salesman was very nice. My sister was just browsing and he did not pressure her but was very knowledgeable and took us on a long test drive. He was very patient and accommodating and did follow up with her a couple of days later to see if he could answer questions. She was appreciative of his professionalism and is considering buying a car from here...if she buys a Honda instead of a Subaru.
