Matt Moylan in the service department is awesome, he always promptly returns phone messages and makes a vist to the service department (which at most dealerships is typically not a pleasant experience) a pleasant experience. Matt was with another customer today when I arrived for my appointment and one of the other guys in service promptly said he would help get me checked in and start my paperwork until Matt was available which I thought was very professional and showed great teamwork. All of the staff including the sales, management and greeter are very helpful and add to an overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Annapolis Jaguar sales and service.
