I took my mini to the Towson dealer and was told I needed a brand new valve cover to fix a leak $700 fix. I took the car into Annapolis and they told me they just needed to fix the seals $315 fix. I will be taking my car to Annapolis from now on. Also I found out about a death in the family while at the service appt and the staff was kind, brought me water and helped me leave as fast as possible. They have my business for life.

I wanted to take the time to thank my service advisor Jennifer and the Technicians who fixed my car after Mini of Montgomery carelessly broke my car while it was in their dealership. Jennifer was nice and had great customer service. I was done in less than 2 hours!
Great service yesterday. Very friendly, no high pressure to buy other services. I ended up even having less done than I expected. I dropped off my car, but the waiting room was very inviting, and they offered refreshments both times I was on site.
I was on vacation in Delaware far from my home, my MINI was inoperable, and I had one simple request for Mini of Annapolis - please call me back to discuss an estimate and most importantly, if they had time between today and when I was returning home to fix the car. Many calls were made to the service department starting at 8:00 am, many messages left, and finally at 5:15 pm I get a return call from Jenn apologizing for not calling me earlier! Very bad customer service and care for a MINI owner who purchased from their dealership! Its obvious they don't care about me, and it remains to be seen how you would be treated as their customer. Find another company to service your MINI!
