I went to Koons Ford of Annapolis to trade in my 2016 Dodge Challenger and downsize to a more affordable vehicle. They really listened to my specific needs and didn't try to push me outside my budget. I also wasn't pressured whatsoever and even left the first time and came back two days later. They were understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. I would also like to recommend and thank John Powell for taking care of me. He was incredibly engaged and helpful.
The most recent trip to this dealership was great but due to previous bad experiences I cannot give them 5 stars. Previously I went in for an oil change with "the works" package. They marked my tread depth as 10/10 and marked the tire pressure as perfect. The next day I had a flat and checked the pressure on all four tires and besides the flat that was at 0 the rest were 30/39 PSI far too low to be normal. Also I went to a tire store where they correctly measured my tire depth at 8/7 which I also verified myself after looking at the dealership inspection report.
For this particular visit, I must say I was finally 100% satisfied. Scheduled an appt w/Bob. He met me at my vehicle; listened to my concerns; and took those concerns seriously. He kept me abreast of my vehicle's status, and it was completed at the time he stated. The lady who manages the waiting room is so very nice, all the time. She's a pleasant to be around. I should know her name by now, but forgot.
Koons Ford has a great process from start to finish. The trade in price was solid and the deal on the new truck was very fair. Randy Tucker (sales associate) went out of his way to make sure all the details were taken care of and was very supportive of all the questions and needs associated with the pre-sales and post sales efforts. Great Team.
Working with Kevin Battle was a pleasure! After being sorely disappointed with other Ford dealers in the area, I reached out to Kevin. I gave him the details of which vehicle I wanted and the price that I was willing to pay and stated if he could get it all worked out, I would come in to sign the papers. Kevin was outstanding in his efforts to meet my demands and even stayed late to accommodate my arrival to pick up the car the same day. Well done Kevin, thank you.
