Koons Toyota of Annapolis is, hands down, the best dealership in the area!! The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were about each and every car on the lot. They were able to answer all of my questions honestly and gave me sufficient time to make a decision on whether or not I wanted to purchase one of their cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants comfort in knowing they are getting the perfect car.
Once again, Koons is the best (our third car). When my car was totaled, I headed for Koons and was greeted by Herman Dubick. He listened to our needs and concerns, since we weren't planning to purchase a car nor do it quickly, and made several thoughtful suggestions. We bought a great 2014 Camry that day, and he took us through the process very professionally the next morning. He made sure we were totally satisfied before saying good bye.

I would like to commend Tony Kirkpatrick and Alexandria for their fast and professional service. I had to replace my dashboard on my Toyota Camry. I was able to call and schedule my appointment quickly--for the next day. They offered a shuttle service to drop me where I needed to go. I am really impressed with meticulous workmanship of the dashboard replacement. I like to keep a clean car, and I appreciate clean and neat workmanship. It was installed perfectly! Kudos to the Koons service department.
I have always hated going to car dealerships. I have never had a good experience. However, I had a TRULY EXCEPTIONAL experience with Koons Toyota of Annapolis! They were amazing! From the time we stepped in the dealership to the time we left the customer service was astounding! The financing portion of buying the vehicle was the best experience I have had to date!
