Johnson Alfa Romeo of Annapolis has set a new standard of excellence by which others should be measured. Purchased my new vehicle in VA but called Johnson one Saturday morning when a temperature drop triggered the tire pressure monitoring system. Service Manager Rob Blizzard told me to bring the car in and met me promptly upon my arrival, gave me a head-turning loaner vehicle so mine could be loaded with a few software updates, and delivered my vehicle to my home upon completion with a full tank of gas! I am rarely impressed, but Johnson Alfa Romeo of Annapolis exceeded all expectations.
