**Horrible** experience today at Criswell Audi Annapolis. Brought car in on a tow - flat tire - and was the wait will be 5 hours. The tire had a wheel lock so I couldn’t get tire off, no w/l key came with used car I brought here. Okay, fine... it was Saturday morning, I understood ~5 hours. I rec’d a recall notice for airbag so I asked could I leave car for that, oil change, and tire repair, and asked for loaner. Was told no loner available. I wasn’t waiting that long so I asked for tool so I could change tire myself. Was told, we’ll see if we can get to it sooner. 3 HOURS LATER car is ready, and I see 4 loaners in parking lot with service about to close for day. Pi$$ed OFF!!
Normally, I have a pretty decent experience when dealing with Criswell Audi Service, Charlie is great. However, this visit the service consultants were anything but pleasant. Customer service obviously is not this team's forte. Made apt for 75K mile service online about 2 weeks ago. I put in a request for a loaner vehicle while I dropped off my car. After the young woman basically shrugged and was like no sorry we do not have any. Mind you it's 10:20 in the morning. The kicker was she wasn't even apologetic at all; in a nut shell Audi Criswell service center has really gone down.
So far I have enjoyed an excellent experience at this dealership, having recently purchased a Q7 from Audi Annapolis. I worked with Tim Ellis who explained the cars features fully to me and worked to find the car I was looking for. He was able to price the car attractively as well. If you are interested in an Audi, it's worth your time to visit Audi Annapolis and ask for Tim Ellis.
The dealership experience one of the best I've ever had. My sales person (Lake) worked very hard to make sure that my concerns were met. The sale process and the financing process was straightforward and easy. I hope to pick up my vehicle in a few weeks after the factory recall is addressed. Thank you Audi of Annapolis for a truly wonderful sales experience.
New wheel lock would’ve been $40 but didn’t want to give them a single dollar after sitting here 3 hours for a tire change, when they have loaners and I still needed more repair.
OMG!! WHAT A GREAT DEALERSHIP. I got the car of my dreams A7 and had the absolute best customer service I've experienced anywhere!! From the sales representative Vance to the sales manager Alan ending with the finance manager Dawn I could not be happier (when have you EVER enjoyed the finance experience...well today i did) and I've bought a many a car in my lifetime.
