Have great customer service they even have a shuttle that will take you around Annapolis while your car is being worked on the waiting room could be better
Getting my vehicle serviced was easy using their online scheduling app. When I arrived the Service personnel were friendly and able to understand my concerns. I was able to use their shuttle to get home which made it easy for us. Excellent job.
I bought a new silver 2017 Cadillac Escalade yesterday. I'm a real seasoned car buyer and usually when I walk in "I'm ready for war". But my sales team lead by AJ was all professional, non gimmicky and no headaches! They were all very respectful and had my car ready to go on my arrival. Everyone looked me in the eye, called me sir and answered all my questions. I can't think of a more pleasant (and expeditious) car buying experience in the last 35 years.... now if I can only figure out this Nav!
Matt was GREAT! He understood my concerns and after performing my tire rotation located a huge bubble in my tire...most likely from a DC pothole :o( so I'm grateful and thankful ;o)!! It was my FIRST oil change since purchasing my vehicle (Moore Cadillac in Chantilly) three months ago so since I live in Bowie I didn't want to make that trip to Chantilly so I went online with a hope/prayer to find someone close, professional and NICE!!! This is just minutes from home and Matt had me in/out in no time. I would have given them 5 stars but I didn't get my car wash due to low carwash personnel :o( but Matt promised I'd get that carwash on my next visit, which is soon when I get my new tire...nice little treat after a car maintenance trip...so far, so good guys ;o)!!!
Made an appointment for 8:30 for an oil change only. Got there early to beat the snow. At 8:00am I was told I was told two plus hours before I could get in, "don't worry it's not going to snow until 4pm". So why make an appointment I asked. Answer ,so we can get you here! Well 5 minutes later it started. Needless to say I left. It a shame the service has always been excellent, it only takes one person. Did I say I drove over an hour?
