Ty was very courteous and professional. He worked with my wife and I to get the exact car and options she wanted by arranging a dealer trade with another local dealership. Knowing that we could easily travel to that dealership, Ty and the service manager, Lamont, negotiated a satisfactory deal for us which saved us from having to start the process over with the other dealership. Overall a great deal based on True Car average selling price statistics for the area. I need to also mention the helpfulness and professionalism of Angela, the finance manager. Update on car not as good as we thought has had a few issues and some costly repairs.
I just bought another ilx here and just like my purchase before.... flawless! Gerry Jackson Is awesome! He genuinely cares about his customers and looks out for their best interest. Trust me, he will do whatever he can to help!! Shout out to Lamont as well for his help! He was part of my first purchase as well. I will continue to purchase vehicles here and I live about 2 hours away. The drive is worth it and strongly encourage those who live outside the area to put this dealership on the top of your list when car shopping. The entire staff of Criswell provides amazing customer service.

The sales manager, Lamont Randall, was very courteous and professional. I did my inquiries online and he promptly followed through with every email...even on a Sunday when the dealership is closed. He will work with you in getting the vehicle you want at the price you want. He will let you have the last word in purchasing a vehicle as long as the price is reasonable. When I walked into the dealership, I was instantly greeted and assisted. The car I came to purchase was clean, detailed, and ready for me to drive off. The sale consultant, Spencer Pankiewicz, came on a final test drive with me to ensure I was familiar with all the features the car has to offer. Spencer was very professional and very knowledgeable with all the technology in the Acura. He answered every question during my final test drive and continues to answer my questions about the vehicle to this day. He follows up on me and makes sure that I have best Acura experience with my car. Criswell Acura is a great dealership that is managed well and has very knowledgeable employees.
