Nasty dirty place. Very unfriendly. We called ahead of time to get an estiment on our pop up, drive over an hour, got there and they decided they where to busy to help us and was very nasty about it. Never would we waste time again with this place
They installed a hitch in my 2005 Ford Escape in May 2010. The local Ford dealer recommended them. They were significantly less than the other place on rt.450. They did a quick job and for the price I was quoted. I used the hitch to pull a U-Haul trailer all the way to Idaho without any problems. It was a little hard to find the office when I arrived, so bring a cell phone. Because of that, my wife thought it was a little sketchy at first, but we ended up quite happy with our experience.
