I had a fantastic experience today with Mallory in the framing department. I had brought in two works of art drawn by my preschool-aged son, to be dry-mounted and framed. Mallory was extraordinarily helpful with this, sorting out exactly what needed to be done. She then helped me pick out off-the-shelf frames that worked beautifully (and saved me a lot of money), and then put the mounted art into the frames for me, and wrapped it all up so that I could safely bring it home in the rain. Did I mention they did the whole thing in 24 hours? I could not have been more delighted and pleased. And my son is thrilled, too. Thank you, Mallory!! We will be back again soon.
Better than the nearby Joann's. WiFi is terrible and the T-Mobile signal is equally poor.
Love Michaels for all my scrapbooking and framing needs! They always have what I am looking for and do lots of sales to help keep hobbies within budget. I only reserve the last star because it can be really difficult to find assistance if you have questions.
