The employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. If they do not have what you want in stock they can order it quickly. I got a Nathan hydration pack that wasn't in stock in a couple of days. I use them for all of my running needs. Shop local!!!
Love ARS. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about running, extremely friendly, and provides great customer service. That's the difference over other local running shops, which keeps me a repeat customer at ARS.
I ordered a pair of Capri leggings. After wearing them once I noticed the white seam became obvious on a dark pair of camouflage leggings. I emailed the store twice and never received any communication back. It shipped out in a timely manner but lack of customer service is why I gave them only two stars. I would never order from here again. I will have to stick to places that stand behind the products they sell.
