Hadn't stayed at a Motel 6 for a couple of years and was pleasantly surprised. Nice basic accommodations at very reasonable pricing. Room was very clean! To the point I was comfortable walking around the room without shoes.Especially appreciate the pet friendly policy!!
The hotel room was good. Good value for the location. Glad they accept dogs. The pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable. The carpets in the hallways smells like they need to clean them. Little musty smell.
Motel was not bad for the price as it was just an overnight stay. Sheets did not fit the bed, ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. Bar fridge leaked and wet carpet at he end of bed,, let front desk know the next morning as we were late getting back after dinner and no one was at the front desk after 10 pm
Coming off a night with no hot water and furniture from the Brady Bunch era (see previous review), this place hits the spot. It ain't perfect, but it's a good place to crash for a night or two.
Cockroaches ran the moment I opened the door. There was an infestation of grown and just-hatched roaches in the room. Two fell out of the shower curtain when I shook it. I slept with the lights on and it took forever to get sleep. Every time I would look at the floor, I would see one or two coming out from under the bed or dresser. I could not sleep under the blankets. The smell within the room was also noxious, I do not know if that is the cleaner used or something else. The inside of the refrigerator was a warm temperature and the dials were broken within; I would not have trusted the thing with any actual food. If I had not driven seven hours into town for a job interview and was already exhausted, or if I had any of my family with me, I would have bothered with the front desk, either demanding a refund or a clean room. I will make sure to reference this to anyone I know who says they are considering a stay in a Motel 6.
