The hotel overall looks nice but has a big problem. We were in room 523 and had to change in the middle of the night because we were being bitten by BED BUGS! We only stayed one more night before checking out.
Super-friendly staff. Very warm and kind welcome by a young staff member. Ultra-clean room. Modern and tasteful design. The pool is in top condition. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and great conversations with other guests thanks to JP and Recep - they really took care of us so that we could truly enjoy a superb evening. Salad was fresh, meat perfectly done. This was one of the best hotel stays we had so far - thank you very much!!
Disappointed in this stay at what should have been a lovely weekend getaway in a nice hotel!
Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Good food. Clean, gorgeous, extremely comfortable rooms. They appreciate IHG Member Status. I absolutely loved my stay. I wish it was longer. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Riva Road when I am in Annapolis (once a month), but I think this is my new go-to. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very, very nice.
The location here is perfect for anyone who needs or wants a lot of dining options nearby. I love everything about this hotel from the decor to the comfort of the hallway floors. The lobby is stunning, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. And because I love my showers hot I have to mention that theirs will get as hot as anybody needs. Same for the hot tub, and the pool is warm too! It's great. The only complaint I have is that our bathroom didn't have a fan, and also no towel bars. So if you're sharing your room, pack some Poopourri. You'll have a fantastic stay.
3.5 stars. The stay was pleasant and the staff was very friendly. They didn't hesitate to extend our check-out time. The decor is nice but the shower was lacking, the water pressure could've been better. Rooms were clean, had a mini-fridge, and a k-cup coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable, firm with a pillow top.
Aside from this nightmare, the breakfast buffet left something to be desired with runny eggs, cold pancakes and stale bread.
