This is such a great place to stay in Annapolis. We reserved a queen room but due to vacancy, they upgraded us to a king when we checked in. The house was very clean and the room was very nice. I could not tell on the website if each room has its own bathroom but it does which is a huge deal to my wife and even though you are in an older building we did not hear much if any noise from the other rooms in the house.
Perfect location! Quiet, clean, comfy. I'll stay here again!
as for location, it's the best part of town. Close to bars and restaurants but we never heard any noise at night. The window in our room faced the US Naval Academy which was great as we enjoyed getting up, grabbing a coffee from around the corner and going for a walk around the academy grounds.
Beautiful location, friendly staff, clean and relaxing rooms. Within walking distance of all downtown Annapolis. I'm from Annapolis but have since moved to North Carolina and was visiting for my bridal shower. Never having to stay somewhere in downtown before I was nervous but Gibson's was more than accommodating from making the reservations over the phone to checking out. Truly a five star experience.

Parking here is easy. Downtown Annapolis can be difficult but they have their own courtyard that you can park in and not have to pay additional for. I was able to fit my F-150 in there no problem.
Gibson's Lodgings is on a quiet street sandwiched between the docks and the Naval Academy. Quiet at night, but only a short walk to most Annapolis points of interest. The property's common areas are comfortable places to relax or meet new people. We go to Annapolis at least once every year or two, and this is the only place we stay.
I really can't think of anything bad to say about Gibson's. The location is great, the parking is great, the rooms are great and the location is great. Whoever runs this place hit it out of the park and we are looking forward to staying there again.
