On the positive side the beds were comfortable.
Good location to stay for nearby weddings. Very clean and comfortable inside.
It was OK. Room was clean and modern. Bed was a little worn in. Food was OK, not great but not too bad either. They sell beer at the front which is nice for when you want just chill in your room.
Paper thin walls. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, you better hope the one night stand next door is a quickie. Cosmetic updates. Been here twice. Prefer the Spring Hill Suites.
Hotel is in need of a major upgrade. Upon driving up to the parking lot we saw several semi-trailer and dump bins full of trash that sat on the end of the parking lot for the full 5 days stay of our business trip. The grounds are not kept neat. The rooms are small and the sink is in the bathroom, not like other hotels where the toilet is in a separate room from the sink. Breakfast was edible but not desirable. I guess Hampton Inns are not like they used to be in the past. Oh, take the stairs and you will feel like you are walking down a dirty alley.
The staff was excellent. The hotel was not. I could not believe I was in a Hilton Property. It's obvious that renovations are going on. I think our room was done. It had a very modern minimalist decor. The closet is now is just a rack behind a curtain on the wall. Barely 3 basket/drawers in the cabinet. No real shelves or places to put thing in the bathroom. As a decor note, the bathroom plug was almond, the switch was white and the face plate was almond. I can't understand why people would leave something like that. It's the small touches that really make a place enjoyable. We made it work for the 2 nights we were there but, I won't go back to this one.
