This B&B was amazing! So nice and clean and the owner John was the sweetest person I have met! He took us sailing for a bachelorette party that I hosted there, and it was incredibly fun and a great view of Annapolis and the Bay Bridge. The breakfast was so good and I would recommend this place for any outing including girls weekends! It was so relaxing and quiet and I would definitely go back!!

Such a wonderful place you can spend your weekend or long getaway. John makes you feel like you are his old friend and a dear guest. We feel like home there. Thank you John for everything! Will be there again and again:)

This was a wonderful first B&B experience for my boyfriend and I. Our room was exceptionally clean and we were provided with a mini fridge, iron, full size ironing board and a hair dryer in our room. There are a couple of microwaves available for use in the rest of the house, an ice maker and free wifi. Our breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I would stay here again without question.

My daughter and I were traveling to Annapolis to run the Bay Bridge race--my daughter's first "large-scale" race. I thought this would be a great opportunity to spend quality time together. Though it was last minute, I was able to find availability at the Annapolitan Bed & Breakfast online. Before booking online, I contacted the owner DIRECTLY to verify the website with the room was associated with the B&B. He verified the room was available and the website legitimate. He offered to book it himself, but when the subject of cost was discussed, he quoted me at $168 a night. I told him the website had the room listed for $202 for two nights (plus tax and fees). He took a moment to check for any "specials" on the website he wasn't aware of, and then told me to go ahead and book online if that was the cheaper rate. I booked the room on a Tuesday and immediately received an email with a CONFIRMATION NUMBER. The email also listed my contact information INCLUDING MY PHONE NUMBER, and credit card information. My daughter and I left for our trip on Friday, and when we stopped for dinner, I called the B&B (as requested in the confirmation email) to inform them we would be arriving in approximately an hour. The SAME gentleman I had spoke with on Tuesday was obviously flustered as soon as I told him my name, and proceeded to "check for my reservation" only to tell me they had CANCELLED my reservation because the online site had listed the wrong price, and they had given the room to another couple who agreed to pay $200 a night. When I asked how he thought it was even remotely acceptable to cancel a reservation THREE days before arrival for a mistake the B&B MADE without even attempting to call me, I was told, with no apology, they had "sent me an email" (which I didn't receive) and that this was okay because "people cancel on (them) all the time via email." I am a reasonable person who very often GOES OUT OF MY WAY TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES, so I understand what an extra $100 can mean for a small business. Had I received a phone call and been informed of the mistake, I most likely would have agreed to pay the additional cost given the circumstances, but that opportunity was never given to me. Though I do not know what legal rights, if any, I had in this situation, the lack of respect and care I was shown by this business should be taken into consideration when considering a stay at the Annapolitan Bed & Breakfast.
