The WORST ZARA ever The female manager is beyond rude extremely unprofessional i made a exchange purchase they forgot to give me my receipt when i went back out there the next day after talking to the manager on the phone which she told me i had to come in person in order for her to verify me came all the way back to the mall for them to tell me they can’t locate my receipt after she to me other wise over the phone pissed anit the word
I've called this store 8 times to have them check their inventory for a coat I'm looking for...only once have they answered-and only then to ask me to call back as the line was too long..I've called right after they open, middle of the day, later in the day--hoping to find a time they're not too busy--but they can't even be bothered to answer the phone!
If I could give 0 Stars I would. Drive to DC. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
This stores customer service is terrible! The “Director” Dayquan is extremely unprofessional and disappointingly rude. I will continue to shop at my normal Zara in Tyson’s. I figured since I was in the area I would try another store out.
I just called to check on a item. The phone rang, and rang and rang........... No one ever picked-up. I have visited the store in Annapolis on several occasions while the customer service is mostly below mediocre (except for the one man with a strong spanish accent in the mens department check-out) I have noticed employees standing around talking never offering to assist while the store is obviously very busy. I unfortunately have to agree that the merchandise is better than the customer service in this location it is overall poor.
