I had such a wonderful experience when I shopped at this location. Everything in the store was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have traveled to many locations to find a jacket that was sold out online. In the manager at the store went over and beyond to find this jacket. Thank you so much for giving me the best customer service.

This is an awful location. All of the clothes here are disorganized and messy and there's only ONE of each item, so forget trying to find your size. You can never find the items in the correct areas of the store, either. And, the employees are always rude and the fitting rooms are hot and smelly. I don't recommend this location.
After trying on an online item, I realized it was a little bigger than the measurements. I called this store to see if the lady can help locate it, before I drive out there from Bowie State. She said she couldn't do that before I came because she didn't know what it look like. I had described it as a sweater, dusty pink in the description, also a cut out v-neck, and a knitted neck attachment across the neck line. She explain to me that the store was too big for her to look. I told her that the store isn't that big because the Arundel Mills location is bigger and messy. She rushed to get off the phone.
I came here looking for a pair of dark blue jeans, which shouldn't have been a problem for me here. BUT there was NO BLUE JEANS in the plus size section they had maybe 2 or 3 pairs that was either to light or had stress holes and I can't wear them to work ..
