The selection is fine and I like to stop in about every 2 weeks to see what's new or on sale. The fact that I am recognized means to one one guy on staff that he loudly greets me like I'm in excessively "aaaand she's back!" Or "uh oh here you are again" is embarrassing and makes me want to turn around and leave without looking at anything. "Nice to see you again. let me know if I can help" is sufficient to show that they remember me without drawing unnecessary attention when all I want to do is look at sweaters in peace.
The staff is always helpful and friendly. The clothing selection is awesome.
Wanted to exchange a suit of equal value. Unfortunately could not find the receipt, but all tags where on suit and bought it 2 weeks prior. They would not let me exchange and would only offer me a $31 store credit on a $375 suit. Then cashier indicates to me this was extended courtesy?! So BR keeps $341 + suit which can be resold for full price. Last time I shop here.
