Great service without pretense or pressure. Very personable sales associates made me feel at ease. Selection is excellent. Store is clean, well-stocked and well laid out. But when I picked up my sports coat from having alterations, they gave it to me in a cheap, generic plastic bag instead of a garment bag, which was disappointing. Regardless, this is one of my favorite Brooks locations.
