I love J Crew, and the clothing they produce. However, the staff in the store are another story. I can't help but not feel like they are judgmental when you first enter the store based upon looks.
Great staff, but their selection is always weeks behind the larger flagship store, and it's much smaller when they do catch up. Don't expect to get in store Ludlow suiting, either
The store is small, but the staff is tremendous --- each one, all the time. They go out of their way to help, even with on-line items. Couldn't be better.
