Just terrible. Service it atrocious. They gave me pants with a wast size 36 when I am a 32. Apparently nobody thought to double check an order with a 38 Long jacket and 36 waist. They said they would overnight the pants to the store the next day and guess what, that didn’t happen. Now it is the day of the wedding and I am scrambling for pants that will actually fit. Would never ever EVER recommend this place!

At first I was a little worried that my experience was not going to be a good one. However, I was wrong. I had originally gone in to rent a tux and there was a customer in front of me and an employee working with him. No problem. The employee walked the customer up the register to pay, and came back with a new customer and started working with them. Mind you, it was a rainy Sunday afternoon and there were maybe 5 customers including me and the original customer renting a tux. The other 3 were browsing other clothes. I waited about 10 seconds and was about to just leave when I was approached by another employee who apologized for any mixup (I hadn't opened my mouth since arriving, the employee was very aware and took the initiative to descalate the situation) from that moment until I left it all took about 10 mins to get measured and paper work signed. I have been back 3 times over the past week and have purchased something each time and the service has only gotten better.
Nothing like being embarrassed on your wedding day, right? The highlight of my night was when, in the middle of my wedding reception, in front of 50+ people, the bottom of my shoe fell off. You know what didn't make it any better? When I called to ask what could be done about this and they told me "absolutely nothing." A garbage product backed by horrendous customer service. The icing on the cake was when one of my groomsmen called me after the reception and told me that when he was walking up the stairs to his apartment, the bottom of HIS shoe fell off as well. I can't even dismiss the terrible quality of the shoes as an isolated incident when multiple pairs of shoes in our rental fell apart. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. But instead, I'll just leave everyone with a word of caution: AVOID MENS WAREHOUSE IF THE DAY IS TRULY IMPORTANT TO YOU. If it's too late and you've already put yourself in the position to be humiliated, bring super glue because they will not make ANY effort to fix it for you.
Ordered a suit in July for an event in October. It took two months to get there and it was about two sizes too big. Took another couple of weeks for the correct one to get there. Still too big after their alterations. Had to go elsewhere. They never called to tell me it arrived either time. I had to call repeatedly.
