Ok for quick shops or emergencies. Not a large (full option) store.
Terrible. Save your self time and money. Dont go there
While the cashier was ringing the items i asked her twice to make sure discounts were applied. The bill came up to almost 300 USD and i paid. I asked her to print a copy (she did not give me one because i get them via email) because in my mind, my calculations were for a payment closer to the 200 USD. She printed one and i saw that none of the discounts i specifically asked her to check were applied. So after she said, "all discounts were applied" she asked me to walk with her to where the sign was so i walked her. She saw the sign "buy 15 get 4 free of any kind" in the pouches shelf. I got 60 pouches expecting to pay for 44 but i paid in full. She asked a manager to come in. The manager took her time to understand my claim. And after another 10 or 15 minutes where she looked at the sign, the items and my bill she said she could deduct 12 pouches and not 16. She said that i needed to get 19 pouches and pay for 15, and not get 15 and pay for 11. So after going over and over and over i decided to return EVERYTHING.
So i walked to customer service, gave the gentleman my shopping cart with the almost 200 items i bought and the man said my transaction was voided.
Busy during Christmas rush. Easy to get help from employees while searching for toys. A bit disappointed by the selection of books available for children. I know that technology is most important for most children. We as adults need to help them remember books feed the mind!
I spent over an hour inside Toys R US. First i waited 10 minutes in line awaiting for a cashier to show up. All 6 cashiers were empty. No one around to ask. When i realized that people were paying at Cust Serv desk i waited another 5 and then was told to go back to the cashier section (and one of them walked with me).
This store is very well organized and the associates are very helpful, I was able to buy gifts quickly and easily never having been in here before.
To date, the bill continues to reflect in my credit card. So first, the staff tried to steal from me, then we argued over misleading marketing and now, i have to involve my bank for a charge-back because i walked out empty handed. No wonder why you are going out of business
They always price match with no problem. Love the staff, spoke with Kevin most mornings waiting for a special toy to come in.
