If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I were followed around the store, until my husband said something to the associate. The manager on duty was not very nice and did not provide an apology. I have been to the store in Towson and Columbia and I never have an issue. I do not recommend shopping at this store. As a person of color, I have experienced this before, but never from other persons of color! I felt so humiliated, and uncomfortable :(
I get things that are not available in other NR stores.
Instead of following me around the store if you asked me for help I would check out your location faster! When I shop at Towson this does not occur.
Nothing's really cheap, but you can't really complain. Everything seems to be at fair prices. I will say you can find nice jewelry and watches at good prices and personally its where I go to buy my sneakers and dress shoes.
