Lovely service from cafe manager my food prepared correctly she made sure. ..we tipped her...and she aay oh no" its juat takeout yet my point is she haa proven cusromer service skills Naturally without a Tip this tells me dedicated to excellence customer service w/o tip....however qe wnded up sneaking the tip back 2 her!! Ahe deserved ...pleasant she is a wonderful nice person ...sorry I forget you're name❤....however thank u
The two times I have been to this location I have received terrible customer service. Once was to return an item that was purchased online and did not fit, and I understand that an associate isn't going to be thrilled about a return, but there's never a good reason to treat a customer poorly. The associate also did not offer any help or advice to encourage me to purchase something else in the store, which would have been good customer service and also could have potentially helped them make a sale. Instead, the associate was flat out rude and seemed completely uninterested in being there or dealing with me. On my second visit, I came in to try on a pair of boots I was interested in; the sales associate this time was very helpful with finding my size and helping me try them on, but the SECOND I said that they weren't going to work out for me he immediately said, "okay," and walked away and began chatting with his fellow associates. I worked retail for many years and I can't imagine changing the way I treat a customer based on whether or not they're purchasing something. I understand that they make commission so their sales are important to them, but there's still no excuse, and customer service should always be #1. I definitely will not be returning to this location again.
