I never received a steak that was less than perfect, if you did, I know the company has a 100% Guarantee. You should have called or tried before leaving a negative comment.

I was given four Omaha steaks as a gift from a friend. We tried two of them; but they were so tough and tasteless that we couldn't finish them. We gave the last two to our dogs.
Heard great things about the store in Annapolis, MD. So I dropped by today, the store was immaculate, everyone was so polite and very knowledgeable about all the questions I had about different offers. They also informed me about the in store sign up for the specials specials, coupons and deals. So I signed up for that too. A customer came in and used her Discovery Rewards and walked out with over $100.00 of free steaks with those rewards. Said for every $20.00 in rewards she receives $30.00 to use at Omaha. We're having Omaha steaks tonight with their stuffed baked potatoes, makes a fast, easy and delicious combo. The grill is hot so dinner will be ready 15 minutes.
