The store manager, don't know his name, was amazing. Very helpful, personable and impressive people skills.
This is my go-to store for grocery shopping. They've got an excellent selection of product here compared to some of the other Giant stores in the area. And when I need what I might consider a more obscure item, they usually have it. It just either takes some creative thinking to find where that item might be, or a trip to the service desk will get positive results.
Amanda in the bakery is the best!! She is very friendly & easy to talk to. She even called me to make sure everything on the order form was correct. The cake was just like I asked & the baker did a great job to it was soo delicious.
This giant is not one of the huge ones, and I can't always find every item I want. On the other hand, sometimes they are less "wiped out" of popular items than other Giants. Its big plus is that it is a super friendly Giant. Many of the same people have worked there for years. Pharmacy support staff is also friendly and helpful, even recalling your name (albeit after many years and many prescriptions!)
Love this Giant! Always clean and well stocked. Very nice and friendly staff!
