BUYER BEWARE
They use a 3rd party delivery co and i guess they tell you they opened it and inspected with out doing so.
After the 5th attempt at exchanging our damaged table and countless days of taking off of work to meet delivery drivers we still have a damaged table. Today the truck came and we requested for the 4th time it be inspected prior to delivery. We were assured it was perfect. My wife called me yet once again to tell me she took off of work for nothing and the table was damaged again.
Do not purchase anything from zgallerie unless you can literally go into the store, purchase the item and take it home in your vehicle. Their customer and delivery service are awful. It took the cashier an hr or more to process my furniture purchase. Their delivery time frames takes way longer than what's stated on there website. Zgallerie doesn't notify the customer of these delays. When the item is finally ready to be delivered, there is usually some damage prior to or upon delivery. Additionally, their returns and refunds takes a long time to process.
My wife just got off the phone with Z gallerie and they said they cant do anything but keep ordering new tables and wasting our time.
Although zgallerie sells lovely items, it's not worth the time, money and aggravation. Please go to west elm or crate and barrel. Their customer service is a 100% better.
