Great customer service in a very nice showroom. Took lots of time to allow us to sample many different chair models. Answered all of our questions and were delightful to work with. And the delivery was EARLY. Pedro and Aster were dressed nicely, cleaned their shoes to make sure they didn't track in any dirt, carried the furniture with great care, explained the way the recliner was put together and worked, and cleaned up after the delivery. All in all, a great experience indeed.
It was recommended to me by several people, otherwise, I would have never bothered with this store (I was not looking for the old-fashioned Laz Boy recliner, type chair).

Actually we went to the Waldorf MD LAZY Boy store the day before and found what we wanted. We went home to verify the measurements in our family room and called back the next day to place an order. They said they couldn't take orders over the phone(?) and that we'd have to drive back to place the order. The drive is about a 3 hour round trip for us in holiday traffic so I called the Annapolis store and they were happy to take our order, email me the contract, which I signed and scanned and returned to them. So the Annapolis store gets 5 stars for their customer friendly approach, the Waldorf store, not so much. Fwiw, the Waldorf store is attractive and has a great set of displays and models as well as attractive accessories.

Was surprised at the selection. Loved how you can pretty much ‘customize’ any piece. Great sale going on at the time, and the staff-Manager, Lauren was knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with.
We needed a recliner immediately on December 23 due to complications from back surgery a few days before. Justin, the Manager was INCREDIBLE! He knew I needed to get home so he and his fellow employees helped me quickly and efficiently once I picked the chair out. It was loaded in my car and Justin & another young man drive the mile to our house to unload it. This is service above and beyond. Thank you Justin and your team for your fine example of what customer service is all about! We will definitely continue to shop at this Annapolis store. S Rogers
