I can’t come to the mall without stopping here. I have the Lovesac in my house and it’s the best. So comfy and the changeable cases make it so easy to clean. There isn’t anything not to love. Employees there are awesome too.
The highest praise I have of them is that they were neither intimidated nor afraid when I pulled out my phone and started researching their competitors. I pulled up three companies who claimed to make similar furniture and began asking questions. The staff answered the questions they knew and researched the ones they didn't until we were all satisfied with the answers. Ultimately, this led us to purchase the Lovesac (even though it was more expensive) because I was absolutely convinced in the quality and warranty compared to its cheaper competitors.

Our purchasing experience could not have been more enjoyable. Everybody was very personable and the atmosphere was low-key and relaxed. We were comfortable and did not feel any pressure at all. Again, cannot speak highly enough of our experience and recommend that anybody even remotely considering a Lovesac item contact the Annapolis location directly. They were absolutely fantastic.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Annapolis Lovesac location. Amanda and Chris in particular were absolutely outstanding, although everybody was very fantastic. They not only answered all of our initial questions about the items, but seemed more interested in making sure we purchased a model that fit our specific needs than simply "moving product." They were incredibly helpful in telling us which size and fabric covering would be best suited for our family ("Oh, you have three kids under 6? ... you need THIS one, and here's why...").
My wife and I love the furniture at LoveSac almost as much as we love the customer service and general atmosphere that the employees at the Annapolis location provide. They not only love having their furniture fit our lifestyle, but also helping us come up with fun new design ideas for our living space. With the help and fun of Mallory and everyone else there, we look forward to be long standing customers of this great take on modern furniture.
The customer service is UNBELIEVABLE! Brad and Amanda at the Annapolis location went above in beyond when my fiancé and I bought out sactional. Brad saved us money by discounting a floor model and threw in a bunch of extras since we bought our first house. He even called us from home when we had a question about delivery and walked us through step by step! When we ordered our foot sacs And we wanted a specific color, Amanda called around to every store until she found it and got them to us within 2 days! She even called my fiancé up to let her know she was going on vacation but gave her her backups info in case we had more questions! It is refreshing to see people who seem professional, genuine, and don't treat you like a commission! In fact I saw another employee greet customers in the store who had a child with them and give the kid a pillow ball to play with and take home. There are just real quality people in the love sac store and I wish them all the best. I tell all my friends if they want the best furniture to check out love sac and to go to Annapolis because they know how to take care of customers!
They also were very flexible in helping us navigate within our financial situation to make sure we had a package and payment plan that worked for us. Again - not pushing product, but getting us the best deal they could on the best items for us. They completely earned my trust.
