This was the first time we shopped for a TV at The Big Screen Store. We were greeted by Frank White who answered all of our questions. Frank was very knowledgeable about the TVs they sold which made our decision a lot easier on which one was best for us. The entire staff was very professional. My husband and I walked into the store and was greeted warmly by a gentlemen by the name of Terry. My husband met with another gentlemen the day before by the name of Frank, who is very well knowledgeable about everything in the store. The store was well equipped with what anyone could be looking for. I highly recommend this store and the great customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at this store and the main reason is due to the customer service of salesperson Terry. One day I was killing some time in the area and decided to stop in this showroom. I began asking some questions and was impressed by how knowledgeable yet non pushy Terry was in helping me research the differences in quality between Samsung 4k models. Because of this experience, I returned to this store and bought a closeout entertainment center Terry helped me purchase and visited yet again to ask more questions and further my research. I will decide to purchase my TV from them instead of online or Best Buy because you cannot find the level of personal customer service from other retailers or get the intimate experience of having an honest expert on the products give you non biased advice. Thanks again Terry, you are the reason I will return yet again.
