This location was always good to me. More of a general comment on GameStop, they seem to be slowly becoming obsolete in today's world of digital downloads.
I have been there since I was 4 years old the employees are very helpful and kind. They have much experience with video games
GameStop, including this one, has been ripping people off for years, specifically for how little they give you to trade in anything.
Today i got helped by a manager named kevin. He helped me with every single problem i faced and i got everything sorted out. I highly recommend this store to anyone that is considering buying any gaming equipment
Good location, but when they get crowded it is very tight and difficult to get around
They're very polite and the staff there are very knowledgeable about video games and game releases. Their return policy for pre-orders and used games is also very flexible, and they're willing to put games on hold for more than a day.
(Please note that their return policy for games that were not either pre-owned or pre-ordered is a lot less flexible.)
