Bottom line up front - unfriendly staff thy are disorganized and literally could not care less about customer service.
Quite possible the worst customer experience in an Apple store ever. Ordered an iPhone X ahead of time and was within my “window” when I finally was able to get an employee to not blow me off. Then once I did get an employee to acknowledge the fact I was there - I was put in a Queue for another 30 minutes with no updates and treatment as though I was wrong in for asking for an update after they “put me in the queue”. What is the purpose of Windows if they do not honor them - really at a loss. In the end I was moved around 3 times to be told that this next employee would be right on it.
This store is a mad house with no organization and no focus on customer service. I literally cannot give you the number of employees that blew me off completely. Definitely not the store of choice and will never use them again.
Unprofessionalism at its finest. Cannot say enough bad stuff about the staff as their approach to customers. And literally as I write this there are 4 employees sitting around chatting - not with customers. Definitely not what you expect from the Apple brand.
Horrible customer service. I went there to replace my lost apple watch. No one greeted me for over ten minutes, then a sales associate helped me and then passed me on to someone to set up my watch. Watch wasnt charged and had to wait 20 minutes to charge watch. Then the tech could not get my watch to sync with my phone. After three tries she told me to take it home and call Apple. WHAT????? I am in an Apple Store and waited for over an hour and after a $400 purchase I was to leave and take a product home that wasnt working. I got a refund and will go elsewhere. What is happening with Apple???
Great show room, fast and efficient service. Like all Apple products great service, no other company offers such service and for Free!!!!
Please stay far away from this Apple Store. The customer service is appalling and the level of incompetence is astonishing. Initially, I was patient because I do recognize the volume and service demand. However, after 2 visits I was told my information was no longer in the system and ANOTHER diagnostic was required. And yes, I need to schedule yet ANOTHER appointment. So let me explain. About three weeks ago, my camera stopped functioning. I scheduled a Genius Bar appointment. I arrived on time for the appointment and waited nearly ONE hour before a technician met with me on the blocks. The apple staff did not apologize for the delay. In fact, he threw his co-worker under the bus by stating my arrival wasn't entered into the system. That was a lie because I watched the greeter enter and review with me everything she put into the system. So after waiting an hour, I was required to leave my phone for another hour for a technical review. I could not stay for another hour so it was decided I would return in a few days to wrap this up. Eventually I returned, left the phone for an hour. The techies decided that my camera was beyond repair and I needed to return for a phone replacement. No problem Apple Care covers the replacement - all good right? Well, I was on my way out of town for vacation. I asked if I could handle this upon return from my trip. The response - no problem just swing past when you're ready and we'll swap out the phone. In fact, I was told I could go to any Apple Store and get this resolved immediately as all of the info was in the Apple system. Hmmmmm. Well, I return to the Annapolis Apple Store because they had the history and this is the closest store to where I live - makes sense right? So, here I am today. The greeter tells me, after 40 minutes of waiting, that my info is no longer in the system and I was told erroneously that I could just come in and replace my phone. They did nothing to manage this colossal mess up! Well, I am done with Annapolis, I'm heading back to Montgomery or Columbia Mall where I have never experienced such blatant incompetence. Who in the world manages this store?!? Approach at your own risk!
went there for a screen replacement - the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, they fixed my phone quickly and did a perfect job. I highly recommend this store to anyone
