I went to T-Mobile yesterday to switch from my parents' Verizon plan to my boyfriend's plan at T-Mobile. The store manager, Annie, helped us get everything set up. She was the best service person at a mobile phone company I have ever worked with. So pleasant, very patient, and was able to explain things without making me feel guilty about not getting certain perks. I would certainly recommend this store!
Amazing customer service by Alexandra!!!!! Today we stopped by the T Mobile store at the mall and both the service and information we were given was awful... As final hope we came to this store and everything was perfect! Awesome advice, help, prices & plans! Great experience! One more time thank you!
Upon arriving at the location , my wife and I were greeted by Tanner. We brought our online purchased S8 to have them transfer data to new phone. Tanner gave us such good service that we end up buying another S8 along with 2 cases and a wireless charger.. Tanner Rocks!!!
This location is MILES better than the Westfield mall location. Austin is amazing! He was super helpful in upgrading my family's phones and was gracious when we returned a wrong case my wife was sold by the other location. The store is clean and bright and friendly. I encourage everyone to visit.
I have recently started going to this location and have been very pleased with the service here. I was greeted and helped almost immediately. Tanner was very friendly and helpful. I will def be coming back. Tanner is the best !
