Terrible !!!!!! They don’t keep paper work, reseptionist are horrible, don’t help out, put you on hold without acknowledgement ... rude, they caught attitudes ... doctors aren’t consistent and it’s a overall disappointment !
They can never keep any employees they always have new staff every other week nobody knows what they are doing there that place is a death trap
Excellent service, very informative, helpful, caring, professional, and kind. The only bad thing I can say is that sometimes I have to wait a while to be seen but that's life and patience is virtue. The care that I recieve here is well worth the wait. My doctor there is doing her best to see me well and narrowing down possible prognosises. We're making great progress together and working towards getting back on track to being healthy and fit again. I would recommend my doctor at primary care physicians to family, friends, and even strangers. You will be in good hands here! Thank you all for your help and continued support in changing lives for the better! See you guys soon.

Potomac Physician Doctors office; the Physician are great they are polite courtesy and respectful also shows concern for your health and wellness. But You have to go through the front desk successfully before reaching your wonderful Doctor. I get upset when I have to tell the receptionist my reason for seeing the doctor .i just feel that my illness should remain confidential. I should be able to call and schedule a check to see my Doctor without being asked ( what's is the reason for my visit ) as long as I am a patient of Potomac Physicians and if you don't tell them the reason then they give you attitude. Or the reason for medication, they would need to know the reason for that specific medication, it's to much stress with the appointment scheduling......
