Im in search of a new pain management Dr and after reading these reviews i sure hope you fired everyone in the office, you just lost another patiant
It was like an assembly line and then I was in and out of the hospital and John Hopkins had it to where they took me off of the medicine you had me on and then they diss they kicked me out because John Hopkins took me off of Tylenol with Percocet with Tylenol and I would I'm allergic to Tylenol because I have liver disease and they were still writing prescriptions and for that and so I wasn't taking it so they discharge me I should have went to the AMA on them because they were giving me medicine that was hurting me instead of helping me
They put me through withdrawal twice on my way in hospital again. Bill paid. No new appointment. They have left me for dead. Surgery needed on back and neck, they cut my meds because Billing Dept. Didn't want me to speak to supervisor to report her nasty talk to me. So she made sure they took my meds. Any Attys. Interested?

While I was leaving and checking out from an appointment at the Annapolis location, I made a special point to tell the gentleman behind the counter that I would not be making the 8/17 appointment as I had a conflict. He went into the system and canceled the appointment. Now I have a 25.00 statement for a "no show". Just to show you how incompetent they are, I also rec'd a text on my cell phone the day before a different appointment and the text asks me to click on a link to call and cancel if I can't make the next day appointment. I immediately called the number to cancel that appointment and then the next day I got a phone call from the therapist asking where I was. My advice is DO NOT MAKE advanced appointments with them as they can't seem to communicate internally with each other and then blame the customer!!!
