I had PRK monovision 11 years ago and came back to see if anything could be done about my near vision. The exam showed that my distance correction was still in tact and the near vision had not changed. The problem was attributed to age. Dr. Gonzales offered a simple solution which I think will be just what is needed to correct the problem. Thank you!!
Dr. Goel and his team were great from the initial visit. I considered having the Lasik surgery done for quite some time and after doing my qualifying consultation. I left feeling more confident and comfortable about the procedure. The day of the surgery was very simple, they walk you through the entire process and the surgery itself was quick and easy. I am happy with my new eyesight! 20/15 and sill going strong! I referred my brother who enjoyed a similar experience and he's also at 20/15 vision. Thank you Dr Goel! I've had a wonderful experience with LasikPlus from start to finish. Dr. Gonzales was amazing and Dr Goel did a great job of calming nerves on procedure day. I now have 20/20 vision and Lasik was one of the best desicions I've ever made.

For anyone in the DC/MD/VA area considering Lasik, this is definitely the place to go! I’d recommend them 100 times over!!! I must say I was overjoyed with the service I received from Dr. Goel & his staff!!! From beginning to end, Dr. Goel, Dr. Gonzales, Crystal & the rest of the staff made my experience seamless. I was very apprehensive about doing Lasik in the beginning. But after my first visit (for the consultation) I felt much more at ease & was ready to move forward. The entire staff was very professional & compassionate. Dr. Goel’s bedside manner is impeccable. He even gave me a hug after it was over. That just melted my heart because I am a “hugger.” Today is just day 1 after Lasik & also the first day in my life that I’ve ever had 20/20 vision.
