Donnie and the entire crew at Unitech have always done an outstanding job with my cars over the years; I've been coming here since 1999 with my various cars (as well as my dad) and they have never let me down. Whether it's been due to an accident, a touch-up, or just some new body part I want to add to my car, they make the car look better than before.
Excellent service and they will stand behind their work! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would very much do so.
The did a great job repairing my car after an accident. They even detailed my car before I picked it up which was a nice bonus. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was b/c of the time it took to do those repairs. I ended up having to pay $250 out of pocket for the extended time I had the rental car. Otherwise, good service.
A few months ago I was rear-ended in Annapolis and was sent to Uni-tech by the at-fault driver's insurance company. I had a great experience - they were extremely helpful with all the rental car arrangements, did an excellent job with the repairs, and worked hard to get the job done before the weekend even when they had a problem receiving the correct parts for the repair (I believe they received the wrong part, then a damaged part, so it extended the time before I got my car back). The best part and a surprise was that they washed and detailed the car at the end of the repair. After not having my car for a week I was so happy to get it back all cleaned up - I had a foggy headlight they even cleaned for me. I have already recommended Uni-tech to another coworker who was in an accident about a month after me.
Uni-Tech did an excellent job repairing my passenger side door! They actually went above and beyond what needed to be done and even replaced my door molding on the drivers side that had been missing! Mitch was very nice to talk to and everyone there was nice and professional. I would highly recommend Uni-Tech!
